Barking dogs at early hours.

Dont know if anyone else has noticed. There is a very irritating dog/dogs that love to bark and go mad most of the day and early hours of the morning. Im not sure of the house number but it is in Willowvale dr. near the end of the street closest to the spruit. What does one do now? The back yard that is closest to my wall is where they keep them and it is no bigger that my bedroom. These are quite big dogs and this is definitely not big enough for them.

How the heck can the owners sleep thru all this? I have no idea. Has any1 else had some victory with this?
